Digital Printing is the most effective print method for photo-realistic images or small orders when the design is made up of many colours.
-Each colour is printed separately through a screen/stencil
-Most cost-effective way to print large orders
-Long lasting prints
-The whole image is printed at once, directly onto the garment
-These prints are very soft to the touch
-Cost-effective way to print many colours at once, especially for small orders
-The whole image is printed at once onto a film. The image is then heat-pressed onto the garment
-More vibrant colours than DTG
-Cost-effective way to print many colours at once, especially for small orders.
How do I determine which print method is best for my order?
Don’t worry! Our print experts will determine the method that will be best suited for your image and that will be factored into your estimate!
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Our standard turn-around time is approximately two weeks or ten business days. Need it faster? Ask about our rush order service!
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, when we can accommodate them. Our rush fee is typically around $50 but can vary depending on the size and urgency of the order. If you need your order turned around faster than 2 weeks, let us know your due date and we will try to accommodate you.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. To get bulk printing prices our minimum order for digital printing is 10 pieces. For orders of fewer than 10 pieces you can visit our Small Order Department.
Can I bring my own items?
For Direct to Garment Printing, No
For Direct to Film Printing, we accept provided items by a case by case basis. Please email us the full details about the items you are wanting to provide. Quanity, fabric content, colour, garment style, print location etc.

Can you pantone colour match?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact Pantone colour matches with digital printing. Unlike screen printing where we hand mix the inks to our satisfaction, digital printing uses a print head like your paper printer at home. It uses only 4 ink colours (CMYK) and blends them together to achieve a full spectrum. While we can input your Pantone colour into the computer, we cannot control how accurately the printhead will mix/achieve it on the fabric.
What is the best fabric to use for DTF/DTG?
Direct to Film Printing: The fabric type does not matter.
Direct to Garment Printing: It REALLY MATTERS what fabric is used. White cotton fabric will always give the best results. Any coloured fabric should be 100% cotton. Anything that is a cotton/poly mix will dye migrate and will have varying degrees of dullness/fading.

What file type do I need?
Vector files please! With the exception of photorealistic prints, almost all printed designs will come out better when we have a vector file to work from. Vector files are not comprised of pixels in the same way other image files are, so you can scale it to any size without sacrificing quality. Another major benefit is that we can directly edit any element of a vector file without a bunch of “Photoshop magic”. This is necessary for us to prep the art for printing.
Vector files are created in programs like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Inkscape and are saved with the extensions .AI, .SVG, .EPS, or .PDF.
If you don’t have a vector file, that’s okay! Send us the highest resolution version of your logo and we’ll see what we can do!
